Support Coordination
Our strong team of Support Coordinators will assist you to achieve your goals and we will do everything in our power to get you there! We will also help you with the NDIS Access process, including attending the planning meetings. ISS Support Coordinators will also support you to understand your plan and assist in engaging services and optimise it once your plan is approved.
We work closely with both NDIS services and mainstream services such as Health, Education, Aged Care etc… to get you the best supportive care possible.
