Tracey Hale – a new social worker who joined our team
Tracey Hale is a social worker who is committed to supporting families to strengthen their relationships. Tracey has extensive experience in the completion of psycho-social assessments from her work with Queensland Health and Disability Services. Tracey offers therapeutic interventions for families with presenting problems including grief and loss experiences, trauma, parental mood (anxiety & depression), child behaviour, attachment difficulties and issues with adjustment. Tracey’s trauma-informed practice framework is based on the principles of trust, safety, choice, collaboration and empowerment.
Tracey has a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Psychology from James Cook University. Tracey’s practice is aligned with the AASW Code of Ethics and the AASW Practice Standards for Social Workers.
