NDIS COVID-19 Pricing Update – January to June 2022
As the world commences opening from COVID lockdowns; there is an increased need to ensure we are all doing what we can to ensure the safety and wellbeing of Independent Support Solutions (ISS). One of the ways in which ISS works to ensure we are achieving this has been ensuring we are well stocked and prepared should COVID come knocking.
In acknowledgement of this, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has released a temporary pricing update for 1 January 2022 – 20 June 2022.
As such, I am writing to you today to share with you ISS service costs that align to this updated guide. For core supports, this equates to:

These rates have been slightly adjusted with between 0.25% to 0.4% increases depending on the support.
ISS Service Agreements state ISS services are provided as per the NDIS price guide. Thankfully, this means all Service Agreements remain current and align with these updated rates.
ISS remains committed to ensuring the services we provide remain cost-effective for each of ISS Participants. It is important to note ISS will continue to provide services at the standard rates and not at the TTP rates which for the 2021-22 financial year are 4.5% higher. We will also maintain our cancellation policy for direct services to be 15:00 the day before or 24hrs prior rather than 2 business days as listed within the guide.
The NDIA only released these rates on the 24th of December 2021. ISS remains committed to ensuring you receive this information as soon as possible. The Agency has also stated that service bookings will be adjusted accordingly in line with these changes automatically.
If you have any queries about the COVID price increases and how these may impact your NDIS plan/delivery of services, we encourage you to reach out to any of the ISS Coordination, Intake or Management team when we return on the 4th of January 2022 on (07) 4248 8109.
